COVID Protocol & Safety Program
As always, the Safety and Wellbeing is our top priority at La Vimea. We are committed to update all health guidelines and adapt all measures in order to make your experience unforgettable and free of worries.
We are implementing a Program that ensures our guests the maximum safety.
We kindly ask you to collaborate with the team by respecting safety and distancing rules and always wearing your Mask when entering and exiting the Hotel and public spaces.
Measures
Our Safety Program contains the following measures:
- Frequent disinfection with special cleaning products of all the Public areas as Entrance, Lobby, Bars and Restaurant, Elevator, Public Restrooms.
- Frequent disinfection and cleaning of light switches, door knobs and elevator buttons.
- Installation of “hand sanitizer stations” for your use in the Entrance, Lobby and Wellness area. We encourage you to sanitize your hands frequently.
- The use of the Elevator is allowed for max 4 people (same family/ party)
- Thorough process of sanitizing and disinfecting all rooms before each guests’ check-in and after check-out with Hospital grade products.
- We offer a Mask set to our guests in case you forgot to bring yours.
- Implementing a 2-meter distance rule between all tables in the Restaurant and Lobby/ Bar area.
- The Buffet area in the restaurant will be rearranged: our freshly prepared delights will be served on your table.
- Our Food and Beverage service will constantly adapt to the guidelines given by health officials
- The Pool area is accessible with respect of the distance between guests. The outside Whirlpool can be accessed upon reservation by one person or families/ parties living together.
- The Finnish Sauna (90 °C) can be enjoyed upon reservation by one person or family / parties living together. As of now, we ca not open the Hay Sauna and Steam Bath as the minimum temperature imposed by health officials is 60 °C.
- The use of the Fitness Center is possible upon reservation respecting the distancing rules.
- The Wellness area will be cleaned and sanitized regularly.
- Our highly prepared and trained team will as always assist you during your stay.
All Team members will wear masks when working and we ask you to do the same when entering and exiting the Hotel and public areas.
