Most of our products are seasonal and regional, carefully prepared in order to preserve their nutrients. We value natural food that deserves its name because it is energy and life. we proudly support small organic farming in South Tyrol and in the rest of Italy. La Vimea is ADULTS ONLY. If you are on holiday at Vegan Hotel LA VIMEA, breakfast and dinner are included in the room rates. Yet even if you are not staying with us at Vegan Hotel LA VIMEA, you can still visit our purely vegan and organic restaurant, which is open daily from 29^th March until 3^rd November 2024. Seats are limited so please reserve your table at least 24 hours in advance per email info@lavimea.com
