Check-in time starts from 3.00 pm (please inform us if you plan to arrive after 7.00 pm). Check-out time is until 11.00 am. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know and we will see if it is possible for a small extra fee (10 € per hour and room).

LA VIMEA has decided to become a special place for those seeking peace and tranquillity and want to regenerate in body and spirit. For this reason, we host children only above 12 years old. As an alternative we can recommend you another family property located in Alpi di Siusi, also in South Tyrol Paradiso-pure.living (www.paradiso-pure.com) which welcomes children from any age.

Many of our guests come to La VIMEA more than one time during the same season. In this case we are happy to reward them with 5% discount on the room rate.

If you come by bus or train to Naturno, we would be happy to pick you up from the train station or central bus stop of Naturno without any extra charge (7.00 pm at the latest). Please book this free service at least 1 day in advance. We can also arrange for you a local taxi service (from Merano, Bolzano or airports).

At La VIMEA we offer a whole experience according to our philosophy, therefore, your stay always includes half board (breakfast buffet and 5 courses gourmet dinner). In order for you to enjoy at the fullest the Vegan culinary journey we don’t offer only B&B arrangement. It takes us much consideration and planning in advance to cater to our guests. There is no refund offered for not consumed meals. We ask for your understanding.

We accept many payment methods, these include: Cash (max. 4.999 €), EC-Card, MasterCard, Visa. We don’t accept American Express. In case you need a company invoice, please inform the Front desk at check-in, otherwise, we will send it to you via e-mail.

In some dedicated rooms we accept guests with pets. Please inform us about your furry friend at the time of the booking. An extra charge applies: € 25,00 per night (without food) for a stay less than 7 nights and € 20,00 per night for longer stays. In case you wish to have breakfast or dinner with your pet we can arrange a table in our winter garden or outside on our patio. Please be aware that pets are not allowed in the garden, on the deck near the pond, in the spa area and the dining room. Damages caused by your cat or dog will be charged separately.

We are not able to confirm specific room numbers with your booking. However, we will do our best to reserve a room according to your specific requests.

Vegan Hotel LA VIMEA is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in any of the interior spaces, on our panoramic patio, in the garden or on the balconies, for your own benefit and for ours. However, we have created a small outdoor spot for smokers close to the main entrance.

There is a surcharge for a double room for single use.

If you want to enjoy our breakfast, lunch or dinner, we would love to welcome you! Breakfast buffet available from 8.00 to 10.00 am, Euro 36,00 per person. À la carte Lunch in our winter garden or outside on our patio from noon to 2.00 pm. 5-course Gourmet Dinner from 7.00 to 8.00 pm (start time), Euro 77,00 per person (set menu that changes every day).

Yoga classes are free of charge and could be booked through the QR Code we give to our guests. We have a maximum of 13 participants per session (in the yoga room, but if the weather is nice sessions take place outside and more people can participate). In order to give everybody equal opportunities, we only take reservations after check-in. The Yoga Room is only accessible during the yoga session with the instructor (all supplies are provided to the guests for the time of the lesson). Yoga mats are available at the Front desk (at € 2,00 per day) in case you would like to practice yoga in your room.

In case of cancellation, we require a written notice. The following regulations apply: up to 1 month before arrival there is no charge; from 4 to 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the reservation amount; within the last week prior to arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure there is 100% of penalty.
